结构化冲刺回顾促进,具有三种经过验证的格式和可操作的结果跟踪。

  • 提供三种回顾格式:开始-停止-继续、疯狂-悲伤-高兴和 4L(喜欢-学习-缺乏-渴望),每种格式适合不同的团队动力和反思风格
  • 强制执行无责备讨论,与所有者和截止日期进行具体行动项目,并将每次回顾限制为 2-3 项行动,以确保后续行动

When to use this skill

  • Team issues: when an immediate retrospective is needed

Step 1: Start-Stop-Continue

## Retrospective Template: Start-Stop-Continue

### START (Start doing)
- Make daily standups shorter (within 5 minutes)
- Use a code review checklist
- Introduce pair programming

### STOP (Stop doing)
- Deploying on Friday afternoons (rollback risk)
- Overusing emergency meetings
- Adding features without documentation

### CONTINUE (Keep doing)
- Weekly tech sharing session
- Automated tests
- Transparent communication
