Why latexmk?
Industry standard build tool:
- Auto-detects dependencies (bibliography, index, etc.)
- Runs correct number of times (handles cross-references)

Basic Usage
One-Time Build
latexmk -pdf document.tex

Troubleshooting

Post-Execution Reflection
